Not as comfortable as I had hoped for for me but, it is a good quality chair.

I was going to return it but good customer support from Boulies came up with a solution that has worked to some extent and I am keeping the chair now.

The solution is an extra seat cushion and gel pack, that makes the seat more comfortable but it negates the point of having the more expensive Nappa Leather variant. I would have been better off going for the standard material, but that is my problem.

Would I have bought it in hindsight, probably not, but I can't fault the chair for that and I am sure that for those who are more lightweight, it would be good. Customer service is certainly good.

Lovely chair don't like leaving my desk, get one

The chair itself is great but I had issues with the tilt mechanism on delivery. Customer service at Boulies were highly responsive and with there advice eventually resolved the issue. Unfortunately it took the third tilt mechanism before it was completely fixed but I understand these issues resulted from in transit issues. Resolving the issue was an inconvenience but credit to Boulies who offered a goodwill partial refund. Despite the issue I experienced, I would recommend the Boulies Master based on the quality of the chair and the after sales support.
