What are the differences between the different series chairs of boulies?

Master/Master Max Series: A versatile chair designed for home and office use. It features a firm seat cushion and a built-in lumbar pillow that offers four adjustable settings for optimal back support.

Elite/Elite Max Series: The backrest design of this series is more ergonomic and perfectly fits the human spine, with a comfortable soft seat cushion.

Ninja Pro Series: Seat cushion is similar to the Elite series, with racing-style design backrest for ultimate comfort and support.

NUBI Series: Showcases a sleek and minimalist design, specifically crafted for compact spaces. The addition of seat forward tilt function not only enhances spinal support but also alleviates pressure on the lower back.

Fit Series: A multi-award winning chair that has a minimalist and elegant design. It adjust to your spine's position, with adjustable seat cushion, backrest, lumbar pillow, and armrests for optimal sitting posture.

What are the differences between Master / Master Max?

All of their functions are the same, albeit with different chair sizes. The Master is crafted for individuals of average stature, whilst the Master Max size, equipped with a higher heavy-duty gas lift, is specifically tailored for taller individuals or those with a more substantial frame.
The seat cushions and backrests come in two sizes to offer optimal support and comfort, catering to different heights and body types. This guarantees that each chair size provides utmost support and a pleasant experience for our esteemed customers.

What are the differences between the NUBI Lite Series and NUBI Series?

NUBI Series and NUBI Lite Series share the same high-level functionality while offering distinct characteristics to elevate your sitting experience.
NUBI Lite Series: This low-back model caters to the needs of both adults and teenagers, featuring an increased distance between the armrests for enhanced comfort during extended use.
NUBI Series: Embracing a mid-back, this chair boasts a larger seat cushion and backrest, providing a spacious sitting area to accommodate diverse preferences and needs.

What's the difference between EP200 and EP400?

Both the EP200 and EP400 Series share common features such as the tilt mechanism, armrest, and gas lift, but they also offer distinct advantages.
Mesh Fabric: EP400 Series stands out with its elastic mesh and is softer, providing better low back support.
Backrest Design: EP200 Series boasts lumbar support with four-way adjustment, allowing users to tailor their comfort. EP400 Series takes ergonomic design with a backrest that intuitively conforms to the spine's natural curves, eliminating the need for manual lumbar adjustments.
Footrest: Only EP400 Series has retractable footrest, extending to provide leg support for enhanced lower limb comfort.

How do I know if a boulies chair will be a good fit for me?

We've designed our chairs to be as adjustable as possible, taking into consideration that people have varying weights and height. Should you have any concerns, please refer to the measurements provided on each chair's detail page. Comparing the measurements of your current chair against those provided on our Resources page can be helpful as a reference.

Should i choose WATER REPELLENT FABRIC or ULTRAFLEX PU?

Kindly choose the right material based on your needs. The following is the introduction of them:

The ULTRAFLEX PU with microfiber suede ensure durability while also considering comfort and softness. Easy to clean with regular wiping.

Water repellent fabric is woven with high-strength fibers. While ensuring breath-ability, a layer of coating has been added to make the fabric waterproof. Ideal for people who sweat a lot.

How do I pay for my order?

In addition, we provide our customers with flexible payment options through Klarna or Paypal (pay in 3 with no fee) 1. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for most online orders expect the remote areas. Or you can upgrade your shipping method for an additional charge.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once you place the order, we will arrange the shipment so please do contact our support team at the first time. We can change or cancel your order once only when it has not been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is picked up by courier, we'll send you a shipment notification email that includes your order's tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track the status of your package on the carrier's website. Also, you can find the shipping information in your account - order detail.

How do I use my coupon code?

Desktop / Laptop / Tablet PC :

What I should do when I have placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email?

Please ensure that you have correctly entered your email address on the website and check your spam folder for the confirmation email, as it may be filtered there. The order confirmation should be sent right away. If you do not receive anything within 24 hours, kindly contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.

When will I get my items?

Our warehouses are situated in Essex. Typically, it takes one working day to process your order and 2-5 working days for delivery depending on your location. Yodel delivery is estimated to take around 3-5 working days, while DPD delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

Warranty, Return & Refund

What is Boulies Warranty?

Our chairs are made and design to be long-term use, therefore we had Boulies Warranty.

All functionality portions of the chair are covered (besides aesthetics defects & misuse of the chair), if your chair is under warranty, all you need to do is use our contact tool or drop us an email in image or video of relevant defect to support@boulies.com.

Boulies reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.

Install & Availability

I can't find screws. Where are they?

All screws are preinstalled into the holes of chair aside from the 2x M6 screws which are located in the small bag with the allen keys.

A piece of my product has broken. What do I do?

Please contact us through our contact form or drop us an email at support@boulies.com with a photo of the broken part and your order number. We'll help you there.

My chair arrived but a part/some parts of my chair were not attached like they are in the instructions.

We sometimes will change the components of our chair to improve the quality of our products. Please refer to the product details page for the specific product shape.

How can I care for my chair?

We work hard to ensure that our chairs are of high quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handle of your boulies chair. Please follow the care instructions, avoid direct sunlight and keep the chair away from heat sources. And avoid sitting bare-skinned on your chair.
