This chair is super comfy. I can sit pretty much however I want and the lumbar support still seems to stay with my lower back. That’s probably my favourite thing about it.

The chair is alright, lumbar is decent.

However the sides of the base (where you sit) keep digging in my legs/thighs.

It is VERY uncomfortable and annoying.

Chair says designed for large people but it clearly isn't.

First saw your chair at my son in laws studio was impressed with all its features, as I spend a fair bit of time on my computer I thought this would be a ideal replacement for my present aging chair, instructions were very clear to follow also the video link was a bonus, has good movement and adjustments all around hope to enjoy for many a year.

Arrived undamaged in box, easy to assemble with clear and well written instructions, took around 30 minutes.

Chair is very comfortable, especially over long periods and is perfect for my home office.

I’ve been using my EP500 for around a month now, and I’m mostly delighted with it. It’s comfortable and has a huge range of adjustments. If you’re not used to this kind of chair it can feel a little flimsy due its adjustments and “suspension” but rest assured it is in fact very robust. You have to assemble it yourself but it’s easy to do and the instructions are very clear. My only slight complaint is that the gas lift is quite short so I sit slightly lower than my old chair (even on the maximum height); I’ve got used to it now but a gas lift with more height adjustment would have been appreciated.
