Brilliant chair. It ticks all the boxes. The lumbar support is excellent, and so is the headrest. A very comfortable chair. I sit at my desk for long periods, so I thought it was about time I bought an ergonomic chair that was good for my posture and comfort. It is straightforward to assemble, although I did need some help.

I would not hesitate to recommend the EP500.

I've only had this chair for two weeks but so far it does the job nicely. It was easy to put together and is comfortable if you're a fan of prominent lower back support chairs. Time will tell how it stands up to daily use

I've been using this chair for over a month now and I'm really impressed. I love sitting cross-legged, and this chair works perfectly for me. The seat is wide, and the arms can be flipped up, so it won’t feel cramped or presses against my legs. The lumbar support is also fantastic. It automatically adjusts to follow your movements throughout the day, keeping my lower back supported during long work hours and significantly reducing fatigue. I work from home, at least 8 hours a day, so having a good office chair that suits me is absolutely essential. Overall, this chair has been a solid purchase for the price.

Easy assembly and great adjustability. The recline mechanism moves with your body pressure but also locks at some angles. Very comfortable.

The seat area has a trampoline style seat pad, and has been cutting into my leg / thigh. Unfortunately it is not as comfortable a chair as I expected. The tenstion style recline system is also not as efficient as a set and lock system.
The lumbar support is good, but overall I am disappointed by the chair and am looking for an alternative.

The EP500 is designed with a suspended seat to promote better weight distribution and sustained support over longer periods. At the same time, we completely understand that comfort is personal, and we recognise that this design may not work for everyone.
As for the recline function, the EP500 features a tension-based mechanism that encourages natural movement throughout the day, but you can also lock it at three different angles (98°, 110°, or 126°) whenever you prefer a fixed position.
If the chair still doesn't feel right for you, it may not be the ideal fit for your body type. Please note that we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, and we would be happy to help you find a more suitable model.
