Had this chair about a week now and I'm really happy with it so far. Using it for gaming mostly but also do some work in it during the day.

It's super comfortable, honestly didn't expect it to feel this good right out of the box. Tons of adjustability too so I was able to get it set up just right for me.

Biggest shoutout has to go to their customer service though - genuinely the best experience I've had with any company. Made the whole thing easy.

Only had it a week but no complaints at all. Would recommend if you're looking for something comfy for gaming or work.

Absolutely lovely chair to sit on, still roomy for me I'm 5ft11 and about 77kg.

I haven't used a mesh chair for many years and was dubious on buying one for personal/homeworking use but it's near perfect for me.

I will say that the curve of the seat at the back could be a little straighter to be even more comfortable.
The arm rests are great. Would be better if it had some sort of button release to push it back down as I found when it's at the max height 'notch 4' and you lay for arms on them with a little weight, they will drop to the bottom and you'll have to pull them back up to at least 'notch 3' to stop that from happening.

Overall - I sit comfortably in it even for 8 hours during work and maybe another 3-4 for gaming after while leaning back with the footrest, happy with the purchase and have recommended it to friends.

I went for the EP500 instead of the EP460 because the arms can be lifted. I sometimes sit cross-legged, and I also wanted to be able to push the chair right under my desk when I’m finished. The trade-off is that the armrests have a bit of play because of all the adjustment. So if you like your arms to stay firmly in one position, the EP460 might suit you better. Aside from that, it’s comfortable and works just as well for both home and office use.

I usually find chair headrests awkward, but this one can be adjusted enough to sit exactly where I need it. It supports my neck properly when I lean back, rather than pushing my head forwards. The wide seat is comfortable and feels supportive without getting too warm. Took a little time to set everything up, but it fits me really well now.
