For the price I expected better. Back rest won't stay up, lumbar support too low, backrest tilt not working - won't stay in position. I've spent about 30 minutes sitting on this chair and already the pain from my slipped disc has worsened. I'm 5 foot 8 inches, so this would not be suitable for anyone my height or taller.
Returns information is contradictory so let's see if customer support provide the returns label as the chair is faulted and not as described on the website. I'm not confident they will!

Please allow me to clarify a few adjustment points based on the issues you encountered.
The EP460 chair features a 3-level adjustable backrest height. You can adjust it by correctly pull the backrest upwards. The lumbar support of EP460 has two adjustment controls on each side, one for the height and one for the firmness. For the backrest recline, EP460 has a 3-level angle backrest recline (95°, 113°, 135°), and the initial position is not particularly vertical. This design intent is for both work and relaxation.
Alternatively, if the chair is functioning as designed but the ergonomics simply don’t suit your needs, you may wish to consider our Master chair or OP300 chair, which have a different backrest and lumbar design.
For the return policy, Boulies provides a 14-day return if a chair is confirmed to have a manufacturing or quality fault. We also provide collection services, so you need to contact our support team directly.
