Limited Warranty Terms
Boulies will assess all warranty claims in accordance with these warranty terms. Where a valid claim is approved, Boulies will determine whether the affected component should be repaired or replaced. Any repair, replacement or associated cost not covered by this warranty, including those arising from the Exclusions above, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty applies only to Boulies-branded products purchased directly from boulies.co.uk.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred to another person. Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
This warranty will terminate immediately if the product is damaged or rendered unusable as a result of misuse, improper care or maintenance, or commercial use.
If any provision of these warranty terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Before You Submit:
To make a claim under this warranty, you must notify Boulies within 14 days of becoming aware of the defect. Please provide a clear description of the issue together with relevant photographs or video evidence.
If the information or evidence reasonably required to assess your claim is not provided, Boulies may be unable to process or approve the claim.
Once a warranty claim has been approved, Boulies will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected component, including the cost of the component and standard postage.
Replacement components will be sent to the delivery address confirmed by the original purchaser during the claims process.
Where an exact match is unavailable, replacement components may differ slightly from the original in colour or texture. These differences will not affect the component’s functionality or compatibility.
For products or components that are no longer covered by warranty, any repair or replacement will be chargeable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement component, delivery charges and any applicable customs duties. We will confirm the applicable charges before proceeding.
