First of all, I have to say this is a very comfortable chair. Every adjustment and feature feels well thought out, and there's quite a lot you can do with it.

I'm 178cm 88kg, been working from home as a video editor for the past 8 months, sitting at my desk for at least 10 hours a day. I'd gradually started getting lower back and neck pain, so my physio suggested getting an ergonomic chair with adjustable lumbar support along with seat depth adjustment to help me maintain a better sitting posture. I came across this chair while searching on Google, had a chat with customer service and decided to give it a go.

Delivery was quick, everything arrived in good condition and I managed the assembly on my own without much trouble, but getting all the settings right took a bit longer because there are so many adjustments and that I spent a fair amount of time figuring out what worked best for me 😂

The lumbar support has made a noticeable difference for me. I particularly like that it's adaptive, so it moves with my back rather than needing constant manual adjustment. Since switching to this chair, my lower back pain has eased quite a bit.

The headrest is very adjustable too, and I've managed to find a position that supports my neck nicely. My neck stiffness and discomfort have improved as well.

The reclining mechanism has several locking positions. Apart from the upright position and the maximum recline, there's also a position somewhere in between, which I find useful. I don't think the product page explains the exact angles, though, which would have been nice to know beforehand.

My only real complaint is the armrests. They're incredibly adjustable, but that also means they move around more easily than I'd like. I spend most of my day using a keyboard and mouse, so I prefer something a bit more stable. I mentioned this to customer service, and they were very helpful, offering to arrange a pair of 3D armrests instead. Trouble is, I still want the flipping and rotating functions, so I suppose you can't have everything! I'd love to see this improved in future versions, perhaps with some sort of locking mechanism to keep the armrests firmly in place.

Despite that, I'm very happy with the chair overall. Between the adjustable backrest height, seat depth and lumbar support, I've been able to get it set up comfortably for my long working days.

Couldn't fault the service. Had a small issue with one of the parts on arrival, but customer support got back to me quickly and arranged a replacement without any fuss. Things do occasionally go wrong, but it's how a company deals with them that matters. Very impressed.

Was a bit sceptical about spending more than I usually would on an office chair. Having used it for a while, I can see where the extra money goes. It feels well made, the seat is comfortable and nothing feels flimsy. The armrests are great too, so easy to adjust and they swivel around smoothly without getting stuck. I actually quite like the little clicking sound they make when I adjust them, haha. Money well spent in my opinion.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and it's made sitting at my desk a much nicer experience. The seat is comfortable, the back gives me decent support and I can change the position throughout the day. It's also surprisingly nice just to lean back in when I've finished working.

Visto il prezzo, all'inizio mi sono chiesto se avessi davvero bisogno di tutte queste regolazioni. Quello che per me fa la differenza è poter alzare l'intero schienale e regolare comunque il supporto lombare separatamente. In questo modo la parte superiore della schiena rimane ben appoggiata, senza che aumenti automaticamente la pressione sulla zona lombare. Ho regolato l'inclinazione del supporto lombare in modo piuttosto leggero. Voglio sentirne il sostegno, ma senza avere la sensazione di doverci spingere continuamente contro.

Il poggiapiedi lo uso ogni tanto, ma non è stato decisivo nella scelta. Per me è più importante che la sedia sia comoda quando lavoro normalmente, non solo quando mi reclino all'indietro. Anche i cinque anni di garanzia hanno influito sulla decisione. Naturalmente, per capire come si comporterà nel tempo, bisognerà aspettare.
