Boulies Fit

I spent quite a while deciding whether to buy the Boulies Fit because it is considerably more expensive than most office chairs I had looked at. After using it daily for a few weeks, I’m pleased to say that it feels like a genuinely premium chair rather than simply an expensive one.
The build quality is excellent, and the chair feels very solid without being difficult to move around. The seat cushion is firm and supportive rather than overly soft, which took me a few days to get used to, but I now find it much more comfortable during long sitting hours. The tall backrest and adjustable lumbar support fit my back well, and the seat depth adjustment helped me find a much better sitting position than I had with my previous chair.
When the chair arrived, I noticed some minor wear on one of the armrest pads, possibly caused during transit. I contacted the support team, and they resolved the issue very quickly. Their response was prompt and helpful, which made the whole experience much more reassuring.
It is certainly an investment, but you can tell a bit of thought has gone into the design. It's comfortable, supportive and easy to fine-tune. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

It's a very expensive chair, but at least the quality matches the price. The design is impressive: sleek lines, modern silhouette, and muted olive colour. The packaging is quite large because of the tall back, but assembly was fine. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. All the adjustments work well and it's been comfortable for daily use.

Great build quality, feels solid and well-made. Looks fantastic in my office. Customer service was excellent too, quick to respond and very helpful.

Ordered a green fabric Boulies Fit (tall version) for my newly created home office / relaxation room. Fits really well with the overall colour scheme and is a very stylish design. Delivery very smooth and simple to unpack and assemble.
After a couple of weeks using the chair I find the seat pad very comfortable, and the back rest & lumbar support also good. The overall sizing, quality and general look of the chair is great

Not so good is the headrest adjustabilty as it's too far back for me in recliner mode, and not keen on the adjustable armrests - firstly they don't go down low enough to manage the angles when in recline mode and stick up at a 45degree angle, and the adjustments on the tops to move left/right are very loose meaning the tops spin out at a slight arm movement.

To get a 5 star from me I would need an additional headrest cushion to fill the gap when reclining and arms that can be further reduced in height or levelled off in some way - I might even take mine off.

Despite the above I don't regret the purchase, but it is a bit "style over function" for me.

Great build quality, rolls silently, and all adjustments are smooth. It also looks super sleek and premium in my office. Excellent customer service btw.
