Based on your comments, we want to ensure that all adjustment features are being used to their full potential.
The Boulies Fit series features a 3-level angle backrest recline (100°, 112.5°, 125°). If the default 100°still feels too upright for you, we would recommend adjusting the recline to a greater angle, which may allow for a more relaxed posture and reduce pressure on your neck and upper back.
Head support: The Boulies Fit chair comes with an integrated floating headrest that can move up, down, and rotate around. This adjustment focuses on better ergonomic support for the head, neck, and shoulders. Pull out the pillow top and hold it to adjust up, down, and angle. Please notice that do not attempt to turn past the maximum angle. We would be happy to create a short video demonstrating this specific adjustment if that would be helpful.
Lumbar support: The Boulies Fit chair also features a built-in adjustable lumbar support, which is designed to welcome a wide range of body types. Adjust both sides of the buttons together up and down until they can support the curvature of the spine naturally. We understand that the firmness of the seat foam may not suit everyone’s preference. If you still find the lumbar support insufficient even after adjustment, we would be glad to send you a complimentary lumbar pillow for extra support. Many of our customers have found that this addition enhances their comfort, especially during extended sitting.
