Boulies Fit

I'd had my eye on the Fit for quite a while, but kept putting off buying it because of the price. Finally decided to go for it as I'm sitting at my desk for most of the day, and my old chair was never quite comfortable enough.

What struck me first was how solid the whole thing feels. The aluminium base is sturdy, the fabric has a nice soft finish and even the wheels are remarkably quiet on my wooden floor. Little things, but they're what I'd expect when paying this much for a chair.

The seat is firmer than I expected, but in a good way. The lumbar support doesn't have a particularly wide adjustment range, but I don't need much adjustment there anyway, so it doesn't really bother me. I do like the headrest design though. It's integrated into the backrest, which gives the chair a much cleaner look. It's comfortable to use as well, and supports my neck nicely when I lean back, so I don't end up with a stiff neck.

One thing I would say is that the armrest pads move a little too easily. It's not a major issue, but for a chair at this price, I think that's something that could be improved.

Overall, I'm happy with it. It's comfortable, looks fantastic and feels like a premium office chair. There are a couple of things that could be improved, especially considering the price, but I'm happy with my purchase and can see myself using it for years to come.

I was honestly a bit hesitant about spending this much on an office chair, as it’s definitely not a small investment. But after getting it set up and using it for a while, I can see where the money goes. The chair feels genuinely premium, not just expensive for the sake of it. The aluminium frame is very solid and well built, all the adjustments work smoothly, and the tall backrest provides noticeably better support than my previous chair. The seat felt a little firmer than I expected during the first few days, but I've actually come to prefer it, especially when sitting for long hours at work.

I also want to mention how helpful the customer service team was. I wasn’t entirely sure how to use some of the adjustment features, so I reached out to them for guidance. They responded quickly and provided detailed explanations, which made things much easier to understand. One suggestion I would make is to have a proper video guide covering the assembly and different adjustments. I think seeing everything demonstrated would be much clearer than following written instructions alone.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the chair. It’s a significant investment, but the build quality, comfort and customer support make it feel well worth the price.

Very good chair overall but I’m being picky at this price and the armrests really should lock more securely in every position. I’ve knocked them out of place a couple of times getting up. Apart from that the adjustment range is excellent - seat depth, lumbar support and headrest can all be dialled in properly rather than just moved a tiny amount. The foam isn’t plush or sink-in soft, it’s more firm and supportive which suits me fine. Looks much nicer in person too, especially the muted colour

The box is huge and assembly took a little longer than I expected so bear that in mind if you’re carrying it upstairs alone. Once built though wow this thing is solid. No annoying wobble, recline feels controlled and the back support sits exactly where I need it after some fiddling. I’m tall and usually find office chairs slightly too short through the back but this one fits much better. Expensive yes and I’d still like an assembly option at this price but comfort and build quality are genuinely a step above the cheaper chairs I’ve owned

Nice chairs quality feel and easy to adjust. Only change i would make ti to lock the arm rest out.
