Assembly by one person was very fiddly and took a while; the assembly guide photos needed more context.
The backrest height adjustment isn't positive, I found it difficult to 'click' into the preferred position and am wary of adjusting it further as it seems pot-luck whether it will connect and click/stay in position.
I have adjusted as much as possible to suit my height/build etc.
Although the structure looks solid, the back rest at its most vertical flexes back under pressure - which means that when using a keyboard on the desk I have to sit upright away from the backrest which defeats the purpose of an ergonomic chair.
I've also had to put a spacer behind the headrest to achieve a more comfortable angle.
The footrest is more of a gimmick and when extended feels and looks quite flimsy.
So all-in-all, and considering the cost, I'm disappointed with my purchase as it doesn't live up to expectations.
Sorry to say, not recommended.

The chair is great quality and the perfect size. It provides good back and neck support. The backrest length adjustment is easy to use, which is practical for me since my previous chair's backrest didn't support my entire back. This is the perfect office chair for someone who has to spend hours in front of a screen!

I am very happy with this chair. It is very well made and of great quality. I love the adjustment features and ergonomics of this chair. The footrest is also perfect and can be adjusted. This chair is very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. Also great to lie on and rest for a while when needed.

We bought two EP400 chairs, and I affirm that my lower back pain reduced substantially after only one week of use. These chairs not only look great but they can be adjusted to fit you and improve your working posture.

I truly like the lumbar support and the retracting leg resting feature, which allows me to vary my sitting position and chill a bit when only reading.

The EP400 was easy to assemble and efficiently packaged. I would prefer less plastic bags in favour of cardboard, but still good enough.
