Bought this to replace my old cheap chair. Takes a bit of fiddling to get the settings right, but once you do, it's very comfortable. Lumbar support actually sits in the right place, been using it 6-7 hours a day and my lower back definitely feels better. Arms are adjustable enough for my height. Assembly was straightforward, everything lined up. Does exactly what you'd want from a chair in this price range.

As a published author I have spent too much time sitting at my desk and PC in the wrong chair!.
Now that I have this model, I'm feeling much more comfortable and my back is not aching.

It's a decent chair. unfortunately after a couple of months use it's super creaky and makes a ton of noise when reclining. :(

Most noise-related issues we see are caused by screws or connections not being fully tightened during assembly, which can leave small gaps and lead to friction over time. It could also be related to the faulty gas lift or tilt mechanism.
As we couldn't locate your order in our system, could you please email us directly at support@boulies.com with your order number? If possible, please also attach a short video showing the noise. This will help our support team identify the issue and advise on the best solution.

The chair's firm but not rock solid, it really helps with my posture, gives me good support. Mesh is breathable, keeps me nice and cool. I'm sat in it for at least 8 hours a day, so that's a big deal for me.

It would be perfect if the lumbar support on this chair were more pronounced. The current adjustment range is just too weak for my personal preference. I contacted support, and they kindly sent me a free lumbar pillow, which does help and works reasonably well.
Returning or exchanging the chair would be too much trouble for me. If I had to choose again, I might go with the EP500, as I've heard its adaptive lumbar support is very comfortable.
Other than the lumbar support, the EP460 is a great chair. It supports me well throughout a full day of work, and the mesh fabric is breathable and not stuffy at all.
