Assembling was incredibly easy. The bolt holes aligned easily, and tightening the bolts was effortless. The breathable mesh backrest, adjustable lumbar support, and seat cushion keep me cool and supported, even after hours of sitting.

I've been using the chair for almost 2 years now and haven't had any issues with it. The recline is just right, so I don't feel like I'm falling over. The headrest is good, and all adjustments work smoothly while seated. Highly Recommend!

Just over a year of use review. 6'2", 115kg male.
Pros - Decent quality materials used, mesh is high quality, with plenty adjustment to the seat base.
Cons - The lumbar support is dreadful, noisy chair, back is at an uncomfortable "upright" angle.

Quick review - I would spend my money elsewhere, but I can't fault the support team from the company! If it was priced around £50-£75 might be worth it, but not for even the "sale" price.

Full review - Needed a new office chair for work, this seemed like a sensible choice, especially seeing it was on sale at a discount (from checking back in on the website several times over the past year, it seems to pretty much always have a "sale" price). I will say at the start of using the chair it was much more comfortable than my previous chair for work, although this was an old office chair which was likely sub £50 and didn't even have armrests.

I did notice even when fully upright, the chair remains at an angle, which is intentional after having reached out to the support team about this, but it does mean you can't really sit fully upright when sitting in this chair. To rectify this, the team sent over a lumbar support pillow, and I'll give credit to them for the customer support, it's mainly why I'm leaving 2 stars and not 1. But this lumbar pillow, didn’t provide any relief for me.

I also removed the headrest quickly into my use with the chair, again with the angle of the backrest, it wasn’t comfortable for me to use it and was honestly much better without it I found personally.

The lumbar support is the biggest downfall to this chair without a doubt. I know I’m on the upper limits for size compatible to the chair, but no matter how the lumbar support is positioned, it was never comfortable, digging into my back and causing back pain now in recent months. It makes this chair not suitable for long durations of sitting, maybe for a home office for short bursts of use yes, but not for sustained long-term sitting use. Work colleagues have also tested the seat and without mentioning anything to them, it’s the first thing several of them have noted within seconds of sitting down on the chair.

The materials do seem to be fairly good on the chair, and I would imagine it would last for a decent amount of time, but for the price of the chair, there is definitely better out there on the market. I’ve ended up investing into a Herman Miller chair, having access to being able to try one of them out and knowing that it’ll stand the test of time especially with their warranty.
