I had really high hopes for this chair, as I have sciatica and the lumbar looked great. I have had the chair for 1 month now and it is the noisiest creaking chair I have ever had, to the point people commeent when I am on a Teams meeting if I dare to move at all.
The back height adjustment on its highest setting is still too low for me. I am 5ft 8. The back recline, is either, very far back, back but not fully upright, or so far foward, I am hunched forward. The chair base has a piece of foam at the front of the seat underneath, which digs in the back of my legs, as the soft mesh part is comfortable, but the sudden padding, is like a lump. For the cost of this chair, I would not recomnend it, which is such a shame, as it is lovely and narrow, with great arm height adjusters, a lovely colour and a breathable mesh.

Creaking sounds most often stem from assembly issues, such as the tilt mechanism, gas lift, or wheelbase not being fully aligned or securely tightened. We’ve received your email, and our after‑sales team has already replied with clear step‑by‑step guidance to help you identify and fix the noise issue.
We fully understand your concerns about the backrest still feeling too low even at its highest adjustment, given your height of 5'8', as well as the seat foam at the front edge pressing uncomfortably against your legs.

Assembly took some effort, but it wasn't difficult. I like the lumbar support and adjustable headrest. It’s comfortable for long hours of sitting and working.
The mesh back helps keep it cool and breathable. It rolls smoothly and looks clean in my office. Overall, it’s a great value for the price.

This office chair looks just like the description. The cushion has a nice balance, not too soft and not too firm. I’ve been using it for both work and study, and it provides good support throughout the day. I like the clean design and it looks modern.

The chair feels well build, solid, stable and of good materials. However, after a few weeks of using, almost any movement on the chair causes the most annoying squeak. I have tried applying WD40 to all and any pivot or joint but it has made no difference. It now looks like I'll have to disassemble the chair completely to identify what is squeaking and why. Rather annoying as I don't have the time for this.

Please be assured that squeaking noises can sometimes happen due to a variety of reasons, such as a screw not being fully tightened during assembly, or a specific component settling in over time. Our after-sales team normally works through this by asking for short videos to help identify the exact source of the noise, which can occasionally require partial disassembly.
However, to save you time and trouble, we would be happy to send you replacement parts directly, such as a tilt mechanism or a gas lift, so you can try swapping them out to see if the noise is resolved, without having to fully dismantle the chair.

Prompt delivery. Well priced - at the lower end of the price range for ergonomic chairs. Easy to assemble - took me 20 mins, following straightforward instructions. It is a fantastically comfortable. Specifically, it offers lower lumbar support no office chair ever has. It is also very easy to adjust to the right height, so that my hips and legs are resting comfortably. Both of these issues/points, had been causing soreness and discomfort during the day. It is only a week into my new chair, so these issues haven't disappeared but the positive change is noticeable.
