Had this chair for over a year, the bottom seat won't stay out to adjusted position as when you move it slides back, the lower back support is like a pressure point stress position, hard and streight into your lower back, the cushion is just about soft enough to call it a cusion instead of a slab. The head support is so far back that it isn't supporting anything. Horrendous chair do not waste your money

It arrived on time and was easy to put together. The foam seat is soft yet supportive, and the backrest contours nicely to my back. The adjustable headrest supports my neck perfectly when I lean back. I’m genuinely very pleased with it so far.

Nothing to complain about. After return ho me from a trip to find existing office chair begin given to my son after he broke his, I need a new office chair. Read the reviews and took a punt. It has lived up to expectations and then some. A plastic chrome cover was broken in the delivery, but customer services replaced it without any questions.
One happy customer. Now my son wants one.

Best chair I’ve ever had.

Had this chair for around a month now I'd say and it's extremely comfy, especially in comparison to the £50 chair i had from argos. Went with the cold dried foam seat, which has been as good as it should be for the extra money you spend on it. The lower back support has pretty much fixed the pains in my lower back from the previous chair and the head rest is nice although a bit wobbly.

However. Moving around on this chair or leaning back on it no matter how far back causes it to loudly creek for some reason. I've tightened the screws to see if that helps since they had come loose, but it still does it the whole way back and when locked in position. This is my only issue with this chair thus far. Other than putting it together being quite the challenge to figure out at first.
