Boulies EP200

I've been using this chair for over three months now and the quality is good. I really like the clean, simple look. It's very comfortable and solidly built. The seat cushion has held up well, and the adjustable armrests and lumbar support are great. Would definitely recommend!

I bought the foam version of this chair for added comfort.
The instructions were not clear at all for someone that has not built an office chair before, it took closer to two hours than half an hour or so as suggested.
I have had the chair for some months now and it’s fairly comfy to work in all day. I hope it lasts for a long time yet for the price point.

We've been using the chair for a few months now and it's been great. Assembly was straightforward, and the materials feel high quality. It gives me really nice support, which I need on my back. It's also comfortable to sit in for long periods. A good choice for everyday use!

The chair is clearly very well made and looks great, It was easy to assemble as well.

The main issue for me has been the mesh seat - it does not feel quite even - there is a foam section to the front (under the mesh) where you can feel a change in pressure so there is not level support. But you also get this feeling across the backside where there is a difference in weight distribution and so the force or stretch across the mesh. It is almost like there are bars across the seat. I did try with a foam cushion placed on the mesh seat and it was much better but of course the seat height was now higher - in any event it was not addressing the main issue. I should add it is not terrible and others may be fine with it but even after a week it doesn't feel quite right for me. My advice is go for the foam seat.

UPDATE: Boulies customer support contacted me to offer a foam seat (to swap out the mesh one); a gel cushion to put on the mesh seat or a full refund. Since I really like everything else about the chair I chose to have the foam seat. It transformed how I feel about the chair. I am now not constantly thinking about the seat and how it feels against my bottom and legs. I think the mesh seat looks great and some clearly love it but provides a different kind of support - think about a mesh garden chair. There is less "give" and any transition (edges or underlying foam trim) becomes noticeable on your body. The lack of give also means it felt more awkward when repositioning yourself. There is a reason perhaps why most office chairs have a foam seat.

The rating has been upgraded from 2 to 5 stars. As a result of the support from Boulies I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

The chair arrived quickly and was well packaged. You get the usual height and tilt adjustments, and the lumbar support is good. There's a knob on the back to fine-tune the lumbar support, which made it easy to find a comfortable position.
