Boulies OP300

I've been using this chair for three days and it's been great so far. It's easy to assemble.
Both the backrest and seat are adjustable, and they fit my waist perfectly, making it suitable for long-term work. So far, it's been meeting my expectations.

Nothing to complain about. After adjusted to fit me perfectly, it becomes the best chair.

Good product - headrest not as robust or user friendly as I would like

I was looking for a comfortable office chair and came across the boulies op300 on Google. Because of cross-border purchases, I ran into a few issues while ordering, but customer service team helped me out right away. Shipping and customs took several days, but once my chair arrived I knew it was worth the wait. Sturdy, well-built, and there’s no wobbling or noise when sitting. The wide seat cushion is super soft and I really like the texture. After adjusting backrest height, the lumbar support feels just right, easily supporting me through an 8-hour shift. Really satisfied with this chair!

I am generally very pleased with the chair. It is easy to put together but took two of us as parts are quite heavy. One of us supported it while the other fixed the screws. These following comments are directly related to how I needed to use it last week rather than simply as an office chair. I was doing a Zoom course with the States but needed to do some practical embroidery as well so my frame was set at right angles to my desktop. I needed to raise and lower the chair depending on whether I was facing the desk or the frame. This worked brilliantly and was very easy. However the arm rests are annoying. The raising and lowering is fine but the way you cannot really fix them in position horizontally is frustrating. I was resting my arms during lectures and they would swing out if I put pressure on them. Some way of locking them into the preferred position would be really useful.
The other thing that didn't work very well for my purpose was how easily it rolls. Almost certainly not an issue for most people and absolutely no problem at the desk but my embroidery frame is flat and you tend to lean over it to stitch. This motion puts pressure on the back of the chair so it rolls away. Leaping up to avoid face planting becomes a bit tedious during a whole week. (I don't have room for two chairs) My fervent wish last week was some way to lock the wheels temporarily. I really do appreciate that the final comments are probably not issues for most people.
