Boulies Master Series

Comfortable chair that I use daily for work, BUT after just over 2 years the PU has cracked and stretched, the rubber is coming off one of the arms, and the chair's constant creaking does my head in. I've been quoted $100 for a replacement seat cushion by a pretty rude and robotic 'customer service' person. Frustrating, and disappointing experience with what I understood to be a premium furniture brand. I recommend avoiding the PU and going fabric if you want the chair to stay in tact for more than the warranty period. My partner's fabric version looks in better shape after 2 years.

The chair is amazing , I've been using a cheap chair for the past 7 years, which life's come to an end .
The quality of the Boullies chair is what you'd expect for the price , keep in mind these though
I am a gamer and choose an "office oriented chair" I'm also 6"5 / 181 cm , which is very close to the minimum height to have as the model is Master max which stsrts from 180cm + the chair goes low enough for the height I have .
The lumbar support is amazing and goes both up and down & can add extra mm to the depth .
Arm rests are top quality and have all the positioning you'd need .
Head rest is very good as well , the lumbar support apparently lasts longer if integrated .
Also if you're around another 15 cm +/- taller, you might not make a good use of the head rest pillow .
It's quite wide compared to the gaming ones where your legs stay close to each other , but that's personal preference .
Also being delivered by dpd the plastic cover on the right side was damaged .

Excellent chair. Fairly straightforward to put together. Take your time with the bolts so you don't cross thread.
Comfortable well made chair once set up. Didn't want to spend that much money but it is worth it.

I decided that since I'm working from home, I need something comfy that's going to also be good for my posture so that I don't keep getting a bad back. After much deliberation, I opted for the Boulies Master Max 2024. I'm glad I did. It's by far the comfiest desk chair I've sat on and the lumbar support is spot on.

I was on the fence about upgrading my home office chair, and I'm so very glad I did. The Master Series by Boulies is incredibly comfortable, and extremely versatile, with it's many adjustable configuration options.

Post ordering, the chair was delivered within a week (even factoring in a bank holiday weekend), and upon arrival was ridiculously easy to build and set-up.

I did have one item in the box that was damaged, one of the plastic covers that hide the bolts on the side of the chair, that had evidently just been cracked in transit. I emailed the customer support team at Boulies who responded within 24hrs and confirmed a replacement piece was being dispatched, no questions asked. That turned up only a few days later. Exceptional service.
